Note: This Lifetime Guarantee applies to exhaust products manufactured by T&S Speed shop and sold under the EOC Performance Parts LTD brand name and are subject to the original manufacturer warranty. It's plain and simple. T&S guarantees their products for life because they build them to last forever. The reality is, we don't live in a perfect world and on very rare occasions, defects can and will show up. If you are unlucky enough to ever see a defect in any of our parts, rest assured that we will handle it in the friendliest and most professional way possible.
If an item is defective before you install it, you have 60 days from the shipping date, to request a return of the item to us for a refund. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Shipping cost is at the expense of the customer to return the item. If found defective, the shipping cost will be added to the refund.
If an item is defective after you install it, provided that it was installed correctly, and that the warranty of that item is still valid, we will send you a replacement free of charge right away, as long as we have stock on that item. If we do not have stock it will ship from the manufacturer. You may need to return the defective part to us.
T&S Lifetime Guarantee is applicable to the original purchaser of the product.
MRTuning tune files for the Ecodiesel and Volkswagen/Audi platform come with free lifetime tune update. If the tuning has been done via bench flash, shipping costs to return the ecu for an update is at the expense of the customer.
